Just a heads up, Marsela. You are absolutely right about the seed oils, but olive oil is best raw. For cooked oil, Avocado oil is the healthiest.

I looked this up and read a few articles saying olive oil doesn't lose it's health benefits or become unhealthy once heated! It's hard to parse through but olive oil is great for cooking imo, and avocado oil is great for high heat since it has a higher smoke point

I don't doubt the desk will be fabulous. But have you read the studies; I think Huberman talks about them but that keeping computers, TVs, and work materials out of the bedroom since it will strengthen the mental association between your bedroom and sleep?

yeah my office not in the bedroom would be super ideal! Unfortunately I've gotta work within my limits and make the best of the space we've got now. But a separate office space is in my future for sure!

No pressure on the tech channel. It's a lot of work and you are a busy lady. ;) Some thoughts even though you didn't ask, but I thought I might put it out there. First and foremost, I am interested in different people's processes/set up and I really liked your mac setup video. Secondly, I feel like it's good to have software engineering videos that shows people the process because I feel like there is this growing sentiment that software engineers don't do anything. Especially with the day in a life videos, people cannot show the work they do because of non-disclosure/intellectual property, but everyone else assume they don't do any work. :/ Some of that push back on that has been a bit ugly imho. :/ (I could be wrong, but the hate feels disproportionately towards women for whatever reason.
