Yes Eric Roberts is Julia Roberts’ brother and Emma Roberts’ father. The other actor (his partner) was also an iconic actor named Clarence Williams. May be rest in peace. He was in soooo many movies I saw growing up. He was really good at playing characters who were “a little (or a lot) off”. I used to actually be scared of him. 😂
