Guys, I wanna set the record straight once and for all. Many ppl have been texting Ken about issues with their car, he's getting so many every day, and he doesn't have the time to reply all of you. Also, sadly some are using his advice to get their cars done elsewhere, and not with him, which is NOT fair. He's running a business not a charity ya. I don't have any shares in Kenzone, I recommend based on my own personal experience there, that's all. I have never forced anyone to go to this shop. Reason for this post is I got a very nasty msg recently from a guy who was rude and very abusive because he had to wait 4hrs. What he didn't mention was that he brought in 2 cars to do, along with all his own oil and parts, and there were other cars being seen to at the time. No shop will ever just drop everything only to attend to you, that's not how it works. Also, do remember what I said before, Kenzone is not a "parts replacement" wkshop, they take the time and trouble to diagnose issues & problems, and try to FIX, before replacing. This takes time, if u don't see the value in that, go elsewhere, some place where they'll just swap-out everything for new stuff hoping that solves it, and present you with a five-figure bill. Ken has a business to run, he can't be spending time replying messages all the time, for which he might not even get to work on the car. As I've said multiple times, CALL and make an appointment to come in, stop asking for free consultation and advice on WhatsApp. Sorry, this had to be said. Yesterday was the last straw. - Chris.

I actually texted Ah Meng and went there during MCO3 i think. Get things done to an old wira i bought. Power window motor replacement and a few stuff. Unfortunately its a bit far from me so i use my local ah pek for now. Yeah, please come over if u’ve asked him questions and u got the answers. Its only fair that way. Thats what i did. He never got to fix my driver seat though. He said thats a gone case and needs replacing. Hahaha

@@miarahim Ken has shown me the number of texts he gets daily, and out of say 20, maybe 1 or 2 will come in, the rest just either keep asking questions or disappear when asked to come in for a proper diagnosis. TIME IS MONEY. I'm actually surprised Ken takes the trouble to reply sometimes, I've told him to stop. It's not fair for him, he does it for the sake of my channel, but I've told him not to anymore. Chris i've bought mine w210 E240 Avantgarde good 2 years plus now. I absolutely love the car, since then it's my daily ride a solid 2 years. I agreed you said abt w210 that it's the last of the over engineered yrs of Merc. Previously i used to hv w124 also daily ride and an intro to my ownership of Mercs. Ive also bought the w140 recently another dream buy. I love all you're videos for inspirations. Keep it up bro for more good sharing videos.

Thanks bud!! I like them a lot too. Yeah, one or two times is okay la, but apparently some have been bugging Ken with numerous tech questions daily, but go elsewhere to get the work done, and this is not right. He ain't running a charity ya 😁

You got that right chris. The 2 engine mountings and the single g/box mounting, ideally must be changed in one go for best results. If the g/box mounting is left w/o being replaced, this w210 model will feel rough when pulling off after a cold start. (not sure if this is the issue with the w124 or w211 though). Do keep a close eye on the trunk lid's rubber seal though. When it's worn, water will seep through and accumulate at spare tyre well leading to nasty corrosion. Keep up the good work Chris. Your 210 is shaping up beautifully!

Mercedes Benzs’ are the epitome of driving excellence imo but the only issue is you have to get the vehicle diagnosed ever so often at the workshop if you hear even the faintest rattling sound because it could turn out to be a larger issue.

Thanks for your question, well, tbh no, personally I would not. Seen too many examples of them with numerous issues, mostly electrical/sensors stuff, etc. Modern stuff which goes wonky after a while, that can't be fixed and is expensive to replace. That's why I bought the W210, to me it's the last of the built to last a lifetime Mercs, minimal sensors and electronics. It's the 'newest' Merc I'll ever buy, haha!! Note: This is just my own personal opinion ya, not the general consensus, since u asked, cheers!🙏🏽😊

A very good car...Owned one for 11 years and sold it last year...Mine was a 2004 E240...They’re great cars...The only thing which u have to take care is d SBC pump and it was replaced on 2007 and onwards models...Find a good and trusty workshop and you’re good to go...I had zero sensor issues on my car...Serviced on time and it’s a joy to drive that car...Yes,it’s not a fast car but it was a fantastic highway cruiser...That 2.6CC V6 was a delight to drive...I’ve met a lot owners which had nightmares too but most of them bought these cars without a proper service records so yeah...Get a good unit and you’re good to go...Cheers mate

This I cannot answer, as only YOU know what your daily-driver needs/requirements are, however, do note that the maintenance and running costs for a continental car vs a Japanese car are very different ya. The choice is entirely up to you, and both are good choices imho 😊

Kenzone need to touch up something.. i replace compressor aircond for axia.. they quoted part only rm700 .. i just call nearest sparert shop. Part only same item 570.. then he up price for labour . I understand for that.. but the diff price for part irrealistic for axia.. rm130 diff .. he take more rm50 for labour still more value rm80 diff.. for rakyat biasa... If germany car i can fahamlh.. Jarang lah orang nk bayar mahal.. semua d hujung jari..

Could have asked me to walk in or set appointment Kan? But nothing unlike the other workshop who replied and told me just need to inform a day ahead if I wish to bring my car
