I use a powerlifting belt it adds around 5-10kgs in my squat and deadlift I can also do that weight without belt but the belt helps me maintain core stability .👍

My experience : Well i have been using weight lifting belt from 3 months although it does not helps you to lift more weight but it can surely save you from back injuries. I saw a drastic change in my lower back fatigue before and after using the belt.worth a shot👍
