Hello Jeet, You have been an inspiration for me since years. I am T1D with weight around 52KG and 5’10 height. I completed my 60 days of strength training as a beginner. I am restricted to consume carbs which will spike my blood glucose still managed to consume around 55grams protein (Whey Isolate/Eggs/Oats/Peanut butter/Almond and wall-nuts. Cutting carbs to around 120grams based on my insulin consumption. For past 1 month I tried working out as your instructions to maintain a body mind connection and slow the time in doing repetitions. Impact on muscles are amazing. But I train 3/4 days in a week due to work/personal life. I started workout with a hope to stay healthy and fit but I wasn’t expecting to gain weight which is now 56.2Kg in 2 months. Question: I find my muscles to be sore after doing slow repetition with proper form on manageable weights till failure. The soreness lass more than a day. Is this common? I am planning to add creatine to my supplement intake (No bulking on load or off load) average dose is 3gm to be on a safer side in long run can I consume 2 grams a day for better results in next 3 months which may add strength to my lifting capabilities? Though its my first comment - Following you since 7 years. Kudos to your work. Please do make some videos for people who are diabetic but still wish to be fit and have a healthy life. ❤
