I'm going to start doing this exercise once a day. I WILL post results. I been exercising for almost a year and lost 35 pounds(in 9 months and tried to maintain), but since Christmas, New Year, vacation, my birthday, being sick and everyone giving me food, and Valentine's Day I gained 10-15 pounds in only two-ish months! This is a great exercise for beginners (I guess lol) I do the first 40 minutes and skip the part where you need the dumbbells. It feels like no time has past if you just memorise what the exercises are and do them accordingly to the bot woman voice thing.

I liked this because I was short on time I changed the speed setting to 1.25. Talking about a workout, I'm sweating bullets. I will say for a few exercises I had to slow down because if I feel like I can't keep up then I'm not getting the most out of the workout. Great workout!

Nitasha Yasir if you breeze through your workout easily the most common thing to do would be to try and add more intensity to a few of the workouts you'll feel a lot more tired and you'll burn more calories

oh,yes,forgot to add that this workout is likely to burn tons of calories ...it uses all major muscle groups and focuses on big muscles like glutes a lot.this uses up a lot of energy +recovery will also result in EPOC (post-exercise excess oxygen consumption)... yes ,there is cardio in it and also a lot of MRT -type exercise ,resistance work which is v effective in both using lots of calories+ toning up...the abs section is also quite good bcoz apart from crunches,it has various planks etc as well. So,a v well-balanced exercise plan w proper good warmup section +cooldown to prevent injuries...what more is needed ?!

Recommendation from an old user; *It’s okay if you can’t finish it at first, focus on doing more every time, you’ll get there eventually *try listening weight loss subliminal while workout or after *set a goal, is it a dress,is it a skinny jean, is it a target weight, whatever it is set a line, achieve it and set another one *find a big water bottle and make sure it’s always next to your phone *try eating nothing after 5pm * find a cute cup to eat, no plate *act like you only have water to clean your dish, no chemicals, prepare your meal accordingly *green tea is your baby now *personally I love smoothies with oat for breakfast *it’s okay if you didn’t have time to do this workout that day, do leg raises and sit ups in the bed before sleeping. *make sure you talk to your body, compliment it, love it, spoil it *dance when ever you have time Even trying the half of these tips will make a huge difference You’re welcome (Lost 15kg in 2,5 months before with these 1000 calories workouts, only from this channel, now I’m here again for 10 more)

I have already lost a lot of weight (55 kg/121,254 lbs) and now I weigh 96 kg/211,644 lbs and I am 184 cm/ 6'037 tall. I managed to lose a lot of excess weight by keeping track of my calories and walking a lot (20 000 steps a day) but I have recently noticed that walking no longer seems to be an effective way for me to lose weight. I think my body has gotten used to it somehow. This means that I need to up my weight loss game and it seems that these exercises can help me do just that. I want to weigh 60 kg/132.277 lbs.

Guys don’t over-do it. I see people in the comments, saying they want to do this twice a day and cut off sugar etc. It’s definitely not going to work like that. You have to get there by doing little steps. I started working out once a week and eating 200 calories less than I usually do. Now, I work out almost everyday and eat around 1200 calories a day. It took me 7 months to lose 20 pounds but maintaining the weight is so much easier this way. What’s the point of losing 20 pounds in one month if you’re just gonna gain them back in a week. Dieting is not something you can succeed at by changing your lifestyle for a week or so! So stop pushing yourselves too much because that’s definitely not productive!! I believe in you :)

Found this to be a v good workout. No repeats so never got bored. The 54 mins were over quickly! easy to follow,no crazy jumping around yet I felt the burn continuously. Really hassle-free+there is great emphasis on the form as well. One doesn't have to be a super -athlete to complete this no-nonsense workout!

I'm gonna document my progress during quarantine (for diet reference, I do keto carnivore and intermittent fasting 23/1, and I do this workout in the morning when I wake up, without anything in my stomach and after a yoga session) : - 1st day : finished it, my form was good but it could have been better. I had a burst of energy after the session. (1 day of resting - felt horrible all day, hard to stand up) - 2nd day : hard to complete anything involving arms, so my push up form was bad. Second burst of energy throughout the entire day. (2 days of resting - no energy at all) - 3rd day : my form was very good. I already feel lighter but my appearance hasn't changed in terms of size. However my legs look more toned than before. My energy is very high. (2 days of resting - I had energy but no motivation) - 4th day : my form was okay. It was a bit harder to complete the workout this time. No change in size or appearance. (No days of resting) - 5th day : it was really easy to complete. Big bursts of energy all day. I have lost 1 cm of hips, which I wanted. (One day of resting) - 6th day : incredible session ! I've never had such a good one Form is very good For the first time ever I'm not hyperventilating after a few minutes of working out (1 day of biking and lifting) - 7th day : did the workout with a full stomach, worst session so far. I'm definitely more toned than before but I'm not shrinking in size.

Start weight: 66,5kg I will try to do this workout everyday for 3 weeks + eat healthier ! Good workout but nowhere can u burn 1000cal. I burn 400 cal. Iam 154cm tall and 64kgs.. Lumowell please add warmup!! Too many lunges

Ok so im gonna do this my starting weight is like 43.5 kg and my goal is to lose 3 kg. Wish me luuuuck ❤❤❤ im going to do this everyday for a week and ill see what happens. january 28 2019 Day1: I could only get through 30 minutes. :.: it was so hard but i hope i could get through all the video soon. day 2: i could only do 12 minutes plus other ab, leg and arm workout. Day 3 : i did about 24 minutes and it's only my sixth day of working out. Im so happy that i exercised for about a week straight! Goal 1 complete

If you work as hard as you can and give all your effort for the full circuit, you will probably burn between 900-1200 calories because of your weight. Larger people tend to do more work to move their body throughout the workout, which burns more calories than a smaller person.

Tina...dont worry about the scale too much because muscle weighs more than fat. You an lose inches without losing weight. just go by how your clothes fit and eat healthy!
