I’ve been on keto for 4-5 months now khem!!! Omg. My hubby lost 72 lbs and I lost 30 lbs.

Ya but keto isn’t sustainable, as soon as you stop all the weight will come back.

@@jasonlangworth2542 it’s a lifestyle change. My husband is almost 100lbs down, for us we enjoy eating lowcarb 😊

@@AllThingsKhemThank you ❤ we love eating lowcarb now! My husband no longer suffers from sleep apnea and he feels so much better. He’s 90 lbs down going to try to lose 100 lbs 😮 I have about 25 more lbs to go hehe. Love your videos girl ❤❤

Khem, first of all, Congrats on your success. You look awesome! this video was sooooo motivational. I really appreciate the update. I feel the need to confess.I was struggling with Keto/low carb so I was tying to watch ONLY videos that could help me. When you disappeared and came back with a calorie deficit plan, I unsubcribed because I thought your videos would trigger me.But.... i missed watching you. Every time KZbin recommended your videos, I watched. Lol. I just realized today, they have NOT triggered me, so I resubscribed.😊 Eventually, I think mixing it up will help me but since I have 30 pounds to lose, I'm going to stay keto/low carb. Wishing tou success on reaching your goal.

As you said you need to do what is best for you! If that means low carb one week and calorie deficit the next, do what works for you - regardless of what people say. I think that also keeps your body guessing and perhaps helps avoid a plateau, just a thought. I agree with you, meal prepping definitely keeps me on track! Stay blessed! 💕💕

Awww this is so motivating! Everytime I watch your videos I feel like I can do it too! 🤩😆 I'm 157 but I'm short so it definitely doesn't like the same lol my goal is 125🥺 I need to lose about 30lbs or gain a few inches 😆

Food is the most powerful medicine! Moving from the ideal of being thin equals beautiful to healthiness’ beautiful. I think considering that everyone is a very different beauty, in terms of weight, in terms of size, look. I’ve noticed that women are getting skinny thinner and thinner. There’s also so much information about different diets, and overwhelming and confusing… Its good aware of a good diet is to inspire women to make changes to their diet and also their lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep based on hormone, health, longevity, beauty as well as skin in the future.

Be subscriber here. I went from 168 to 183 in less than 1 month. My doc just put me on a low carb diet plus metformin because I have insulin resistance and PCOS, she said to eat 1000 calories a day, but I was like “you crazy as hell” 😂 I’ll do 1200-1400 a day 😊

Hi Jen! When I was 230 I cut out all carbs completely and walked Mon-Fri for 30 mins AND did the elliptical 3x a week for 30 mins. I went from 230 to 157! In about 7/8 months

I feel like u hate the way ur face looks as your thumbnails you always choose a filter to make ur face look thinner than what it actually is. I honestly don’t get y u do that. You are in one way motivating us and then taking the wrong route by editing ur photos to make urself look better. There is nothing wrong with ur face. Please stop using filters to make urself look thinner, we all notice.
