I hear you girl! I'm 53 and if I would have known even at 40 how hard losing weight would be at 53, I would have NEVER allowed myself to gain so much weight. Also, as you get older, your body shape just naturally changes... gets wider. Beware to all the younger women out there. Get ahold of it now so you don't have to stress like me later ❤

I love this! That’s a beautiful promise to make to yourself! I’m feeling the same way! I promise to stay at a healthy weight for my body too! I can’t allow myself to get to rock bottom like I have within the last year. I’m pushing 40 and it is harder to lose the weight. You’re doing a great job! 👏🏽

Cook your turkey bacon in the oven!! 400 for like 5 minutes (or more) per side... only way i can eat turkey bacon now!!

so true, in my 20s i could lose weight so easily barely trying. now at 30 i have had so much more yo-yo diets because im not losing weight as easily as i used to :( its taken me so slow and has been so discouraging (thus the yoyoing) but i am starting strict keto again today and hoping i will have the perseverance to reach my goal and stay healthy and feel good. thanks Khem

That was a great promise. I will make that same one myself. I am 41. I lost 15 lbs and now im at 150. I fear the same thing. Im getting older and its best to keep my weight here or less and not more.

I’ve made that promise to myself before, and life just happens sometimes and things get out of control. I lost 40 lbs last year doing a wellness program that was pretty pricey and pretty strict and struggling to keep it off. Had deaths in the family, holidays, winter blues and am 45 and it such a struggle to lose anymore or even maintain.

the Apple Watch is optimized for wrist wear, and its sensors and algorithms are calibrated for this position. Can the Apple Watch still count steps if worn on the ankle? While it might register some activity, the accuracy of step counting is not guaranteed and is likely to be less accurate.

When I walk 1 mile on the walking pad while Apple Watch on wrist while working, it said I only walked 400 steps. When it is on my ankle, that mile shows I walked 2,300. Sorry I am going with the ankle method.
