Anxiety is horrible, only someone who truly has experienced it can speak on it. The feeling of crawling out of your friend is awful. I have experienced this and dealt with alone. I am so happy you have Alex and Caroline and Tonya. Is it possible to find a walking buddy for an early walking session? We got to get you out more and with friends more regularly. The walking lowers stress as it lowers cortisone levels so that and it helps you sleep

I’m so proud of you Peter for the dedication of these videos. Honestly, you have a lot of room to keep going strong. It’s not hard changing multiple things of your life at once. Somethings are easier to change than others. Keep going and find your happy place within the journey. ❤❤❤ I also think having dedicated days of every week that you walk (easier once you get your walking pad). That way it’ll be easier for you to get back to it after a day or so of not walking. Maybe yoga will help your anxiety. Not so much the poses, but more the breathing, the controlling your body. Just a thought.

Hi, check into rebounding, I started 3 months ago it gets your lymphatic system going in as little as two minutes, it’s fun I watch utube videos from earth and owl and follow along, then i do weights every other day, just a suggestion I feel really good better than before I started 😀

Your doctor is speaking the truth. I like how he’s real and honest with you and is not the type to push medication. Start with small goals, don’t go hard so fast. Aim to get a certain amount of steps per day and incorporate weights once you develop a routine with movement. Also small goals on nutrition like a certain amount of protein and fiber per day.

I’m going through some stuff at the moment and my stress and anxiety affects my digestive system. I was running to the bathroom all last night so I didn’t sleep at all. I hope we can both get over this hump. Oh, you’re still looking cute!

Yoga is wonderful for both the mind and body, and yes, you can lose weight doing it! At first, I thought yoga wasn't for us bigger guys, but there's a fantastic video called Big Man Yoga that changed my perspective. It's truly amazing! I practice it at least twice a week, and even more often when it's too cold to hike like I usually enjoy.

Hey. Maybe joining a workout class at a gym or something similar would help. It will give you somewhere to go and people to meet! It may also help keep you accountable and not feel like you are doing this alone.

Peter, is there like any places near you that you could walk to? Even like a Starbucks, you could walk to Starbucks and get a cup of coffee and just sit for a bit, maybe strike a convo with someone but be something simple to get outta the house and so you don't have to drive
