I too started to lose weight during lockdown. Without junk food, having simple home cooked food, doing all the domestic works myself, being stressfree... all these really helped me. Though not a big change, in my lifetime, I experienced weightloss first time which made me very happy. I was 78 kg and reached 67 in 1.5 years and still maintaining it. Now again I'm planning to kickstart it to further reduce some more weight.

Nothing special sis. As I have mentioned above, I totally avoided junk food during the covid period for almost 2 to 3 years, only simple home cooked food. Even now, though I am unable to avoid junk completely, have made a habit of having it rarely in a less quantity. One main thing which I believe helped me kickstart my weightloss and even maintain it now is that I had very early dinner. Evening 6 to 6.30 is my dinner time. After that I will not eat anything. (Once in a while for some celebrations, I have food later than this, but that's just fine. I dont want to be sad for that 🙂) For me, it worked well. But I dont know if it will be suitable for all.The doctor is the best person to guide in those lines here. But I believe, whatever we do for our weight loss, should be consistent and something which we can continue throughout our lifetime. Hope this helps. All the best to you.
