Weight loss should be in line for a calorie deficit healthy nutritious diet which should provide with you vitamins & minerals which your body needs for permanent results You can replace one meal with this recipe - I would not suggest you to replace all your meals with it .

Try soups and chana / soya kebab for dinner . Maybe low carb dinner will work for you :). Like wise you can have cheela for breakfast also

Try and choose any organic olive oil ( brand doesn’t matter ) . I’m using curry leaves , they’re commonly used all across India . Check if there are any Indian shops around 👍🏻

I think online school has taken a toll on kids health worldwide . Just hang in there , just follow these steps : 1. Avoid junk food 2. Eat home cooked meals 3. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday 4. Sleep by 10/11 pm max so you get 7-8 hrs sleep every night 5. Don’t skip meals to lose weight 6. Eat lots of whole foods like fruits as snacks 7. Avoid tea / coffee 8. Exercise regularly for 30-40 mins everyday PS- you have a great metabolism when you’re young . Follow the above steps and surely you will see results .

Eat home cooked meals/ follow portion control and try to eat balanced meals Avoid junk / packaged / processed foods If you feel the urge make it at home :) Drink 3-4 litres water everyday sleep 7-8 hrs to avoid lifestyle disorders like PCOS and thyroid .
