I love how you say I'm never going to be 110 pounds or a size 2. But you're happy with your results! I started out this year 299 pounds and now I'm 219 pounds. I have more to go but I know 80 pounds is a huge accomplishment! This Summer I did things I would never have been able to do at 300 pounds. It's not all about how you look it's how you feel. Set realistic goals that's my motto. Right now my goal is to loose 19 pounds before the new year so I can say I lost 100 pounds in one year! You look healthy and beautiful and you inspire me to keep going!

I once had a bad experience at the grocery store at 55 pounds overweight .It was my birthday and I was looking at cakes in the bakery section and someone walked by and mumbled " do you really need to be eating cake?" It didn't bother me much but I am losing weight now FOR ME not because of what anyone else thinks

Boxing is phenomenal.. It helped me psychologically. The pounds melted off, it felt effortless in that way. When you love being active, you live more passionately. There's no need to workout. Do high-intensity activities :D 'workout' makes it sound boring. Making your exercise enjoyably, making it a hobby, makes it sustainable

I recently started boxing and man I love it! I used to do crossfit for a year and a half but I unfortunately have knee and back issues so I had to quit, it made me feel so amazing and I thought I would never feel that way towards any other exercise till I started boxing. Such a fun way to exercise and let off some steam :)

Great transformation. Shows that the only thing people cannot achieve is what they tell themselves. There's no real limit. Just excuses why you fail, or reasons why you succeed. Pick one, not both.

Oh my goodness thank you for this story! I am beginning my weight loss journey and I too never wanted to be a size 2; I would just like to define my curves. See her gives me hope in knowing being healthy is what matters and not the size you get down to! Sometimes as overweight people we get so caught up in what society says we should be (and weight is no different). I am going to defiantly look in to kick boxing and some other things she said helped her! God bless this lady and Woman's Health Magazine!

Same here I used to be obsessed with being 120 lbs if I gained a couple pounds I made sure to take it of. I'm 250 lbs and if I can get to my goal weight of 175 lbs hey that's success to me

A sign that you have a great chance of success at weight loss is attitude If you are uncomfortable and not happy being overweight ,it shows you care about your health . I have never liked being overweight. Yesterday was the first day of my 55 pound weight loss journey .Doing 18:6 fasting

That was really inspiring to watch, thanks! I'm pretty active daily but don't workout in the gym and I cut sugar down to almost nothing and what a difference that made. I now do IF (intermittent fasting) but still get all my nutrients and feel great!

joining boxing is the way to do it . I'm a boxing coach and I see alot of results and alot of happy people knowing that they can do this . my focus is on the women cause they tend to be ignored by alot of other trainers . . I try not to use weights in my workouts . strictly push harder and harder . love to hate me . 😊 but you feel better cause you know you did it .

I've only been taking the product for 5 days and have so far lost 3 pounds. I am taking Weight loss green store tea . I have not experienced any side effects. I have noticed that I am not nearly as hungry and that my portions are way smaller, simply because I'm not very hungry.

I am 257.6 pounds most of my fat is considered to be visceral meaning around stomach , back of my arms thighs . I like you have tried almost everything I can find.I am so tired of gymics . I feel truly feel trapped in a body that I hate . Please help .

Trust me or not, get a weighing scales, set 20 weeks goals and pretend you are not exist in this world for 20 week, and push your self for that 20 week, check your weight every 6 days at morning !

I'm so happy boxing felt like a release to her and an activity she enjoyed. You don't need to "workout", your workout can be anything that's active you enjoy doing. A sport, or something else. For example, for me it's dancing-it feels effortless and it's fun! And good exercise. I do both that and "working out".

The fact is, some certain veggies, which most people think are healthy, result in awful problems to the thyroid. It slowly blocks your body from shredding fat and, even worse, distribute more fat to your midsection.

I am going to keep it real with you guys. No shame in here. The heaviest I've been was 115kg. As a black guy, no one really tells you that, hey man, you may wanna cut back or something like that. You may receive some fat jokes here and there, but you don't really get, like a real sit down moment, to be told about the repercussions of your health. So, I lived most of my life thinking I was completely okay until I found myself in a position where I didn't feel comfortable taking pictures anymore. This was after I saw a picture of myself with my brothers that are older than me, but in the picture, they looked like they could be my nephews or sons. This wasn’t anyone’s fault. I brought this onto myself and I had no one to blame, but myself. Yet I felt so mad at the world, at anyone who walked with their shirt off at a pool party, at the girls my age that called me sir and at my mom for the most time. I felt like she had the power to tell me to stop eating and she did not. The truth is there was nothing anyone could have done to help me. I ate at odd hours of the night, I spent my days sleeping, I had a snack every time my mouth felt like I needed something to chew, not because I was hungry and my meals had so much sugar if they were to test my blood those days it was going to be sweet. So, I tried exercising, but we all know how that goes. you can only be serious with it for maybe a week if you are strong enough. I did not really start breaking through until I discovered this book” gum.co/EatHealthyAndFeelEnergetic “. It sort of gave me a perspective of how I was going about it all wrong. Basically, you have to eat right to have the energy to even start exercising to lose weight. The key is in eating the right foods and knowing when to and when not to eat the heavy foods. Not going on unnecessary diets that starve you. Which then makes you eat twice as much when you finally get real food. The book above helped me to the point where i lost a shocking 30kg. I can't even wear anything I used to wear before the weight loss. I can go an entire night without waking up for food now. I can run for at least 5km without feeling like am going to die. I can feel good being around other people knowing that am not the topic. I have real confidence in myself now. Instead of wearing a thick skin, I used to put on, to brushing off every fat joke, yet dying inside. Thank you for reading my story I hope the book works for you as well dear reader.

Amazing effort. But 6 times a week work-out! That's too often for most people. A lot of PTs are using "life-hacks" now like sugar-blockers to stop people digesting sugar (e.g. SucroStop), to accelerate weight loss.Obviously cutting out sugar is the best policy but not realistic for most people.

I'm an avid *weight loss green store tea* drinker and I didn't know that it can also cause weight loss. That's the reason why I only trusted this one. I wasn't wrong and after just three weeks I lost 10 lbs altogether! Yipee! Hooray! My future's looking bright!

OMG, me too , I used to do kickboxing but wasnt moving the scale and I was not getting better, I now do BOXING and I have toned arms my abs hurt, in others I have abs and I look slimmer in the mirror.............

im about the at the same size or a bit bigger when you started... i think if you can do it i can too, im really disgusted with my self... i want to be able to wear a size small.. I tryed to loose weight in the past but i would always give up I Think Im going to put my foot down for real this time and work even harder to loose this weight.. No more chips no more pop... just before watching this i had ate a whole big bag of chester hot fries again, yesterday i ate a whole bag

I Googled the “fetching tuti space” and it seemed like a smart idea to try it. While i tried this diet plan, it wasn`t long before I began shedding body weight! My buddy tried this guide and dropped 08 pounds!

Hi shaury, How could you manage to carry the amount of load or long time? 130 lbs extra..... O my god why have you let this load to reach the desperate level. But pleased to know you are now ready to take up the challenge. Only constancy is needed and the job is gonna be done. Wish you the success full weight loss journey. A suggestion, a stage comes when one get tired of the efforts because initially it takes a hell of efforts to make a slight change, so if you get exhausted please don’t let your efforts be wasted, you must give a try to beyond weight management tea once, it will help you melting your fat down. +jada brown Well jada, I said 130 because I added extra lbs I wanna loose, really its about a 100lbs to 110lbs I need to loose, but need and want it's two different things, I also suffer from depression and that doesn't help and my emotional eating etc... I know it's ridiculous that i have to lose so much sight but it didn't came on after a baby or in a year it's been a long LONG time that weight has been creeping in, and thank you about the tea tip!

I have currently employed this specific *2WeightLossFast. Com* for several weeks by now as well as the results are incredible. They give me a lot of strength as well as reduce my desire for foods, yet I do NOT quit when they wear off which I really like, and they also don`t make me jittery. I haven`t changed anything else I`m doing and also have lost 7 lbs. .
