Dear Dr. Pal,, last month I saw ur video. Let me share what happened to me this year.. I'm 37 year old.. April 21st I got heart attack after angiogram Doctor said I have a block in thin vain.. so doctor advised to have proper diet and exercise.. I followed as doctors said I didn't even reduce 1 kg... After seeing ur video last month I stopped eating after 7 o'clock.. this month from 82 to 78 i lost almost 4kg. Thank you so much for your videos 🙂

I’m 35 with PCOD and obese.. I’m trying hard for several years to lose weight but not very successful.. until Dr Pal I was able to see your videos about time restricted feeding.. Hello sir , I live in phoenix, Arizona. Last week my daughter got fever with cold and she got recovered . Then it passed on to us .I’m getting better day by day. But I have lost my sense of smell from yesterday I believe , I would like to mention that I and my husband fully vaccinated. For my daughter Covid results came negative. We are allergic to pollen here , wondering if that came up ? hearing abt some rumors like due to climate change pollen has come now. Not sure though. I couldn’t tell if it’s Covid or normal cold or pollen . Will normal cold or pollen cause loss of smell. Please help to understand . This is important because I have travel planned on Nov 10 to attend my sisters marriage in India and I don’t want to be contagious and spread to my mom who is immune compromised. Worrying even if I get negative result before traveling will I be passing on something to others.

Hi Dr. Pal, I have watched many of your videos. It's good keep it up. I have 2 questions 1) 2 months back I was 83 kg, after consistent jogging and low calorie intake, I have reduced upto 77kg again for my BMI, I should be around 72 Kg. I hope is there any way using which I can reduce more 2) I have snoring problem, I dont know because of excessive snoring, I have low quality of life that is I feel sleepy during day time and not being attentive kind of I feel I have brain fatigue. How to sort out my 2nd problem though I myself can sort out my first problem. Thanks for your suggestions and keep motivating people as you do! You are wonderful.

I should maintain this I had some boiled veg for lunch at 1.30 and a small cup of coffee at 4.30 (my last bite) yesterday from 6.30 am to 4.30 pm eating window. Hi, hello sir. I just saw your video and I thought i have been doing this since april and i lost 9kgs. I count my calories according so that it is almost between my bmr and tdee with healthify and have measuring instrument to weigh my food along with intermittent fasting, 18-6 window with strength training and light exercises. Sir, i need your help though i have been practicing alternate intermittent fasting and have reached plateau. How to reduce more. I am still overweight. Please help sir BMI 24 TDEE 1300 EATING WINDOW 10AM -4PM using 18:6 fasting period with 900 calories On alternate day my window is 10am-12pm with 400 calories

Hi Dr. I have a doubt. I am following IF. I follow 8 hrs eating window. I used 2 eat from 9am-5pm. But now I have to start eating from 6am-2pm. Some days I have to start eating earlier or later. Is this ok as long as I maintain my 8 hour eating window.

It definitely works In fact it's the only method of eating for us Myself down 15 kgs( 91 to 76) within 4 months I do keto and intermittent fasting If you can't do keto atleast follow Intermittent fasting Sugar levels will be down definitely Give it a try for a week

I eat healthy food daily. But my HDL and LDL cholesterol are not in the range. My HDL - 39mg/dL how will I increase this without taking fishing oil supplements. Every week I eat fish. Also I eat 5-6 almonds in a day. My LDL is 122mg/dL. How will I reduce my LDL. I do walk on a thread mill 3-4 days for 30 minutes. I eat balanced food.
