My provider told me I would only experience nausea if I was eating unhealthy foods. Week one and I have eaten nothing but fruits and veggies and I’m 🤢 all the time ugh.

I hope that gets better for you. I was told to try injecting in my legs- there’s less GI side effects, but I really didn’t notice a difference

Were you nauseas just for a day or two after injection, or during the whole time? Did you take Metamucil, and if so did it help? Thanks for sharing your experience!

Hi Marion. My injection day is on Sunday, and I normally have issues with nausea on Tuesday through Friday, however, my 3 coworkers haven’t had any issues with nausea. I drink 64-80 ounces of a fluid a day, and I take miralax 2-3x per week

Marion i take trulicity 4.5mg which is hard to get because people who are using this medication for weight loss are causing problems with those who have diabetes. Use the normal way to loss weight eat healthy and excercise and let diabetic pple get the meds. So selfish.
