Great job Biz! My weigh in is tomorrow - the first time in 2 weeks - I was out of town for work, on my feet all day, but my meals were wonky (granola bar for lunch for example) but I did have larger breakfasts while out of town. Immediately getting back into town, I went to Aldi, stocked up on lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and got right back into my work out routine. whatever the scale says tomorrow - I feel great!

I personally haven't tried them, but I think they help with balance if that's something you're looking for!

I would get one with bands on it for strength training
