I saw one of your earlier videos and you look good in your newest video ie this one. Your face looks really good and looks more tight. I guess going to the gym really pays off

true, you dont need weights specifically but high rep range training is good too , around 200-300 rep ranges with sets of 30 reps per set

Your left shoulder is really shrugging up compared to your right in all your exercises. You don’t have any harm from it?

Not as of now but I’m starting to do some mobility work and stretching to help with that.
