Just a thought.. You should wear a lighter colour shirt so it’s easier for viewers to see what your belly is doing when you point out to watch. Black is too dark, it’s hard to see what you’re talking about.

Not a doctor, but imho it has helped me. Make sure the hoop is wide enough, maybe three feet, and a little weighted if out of practice. Only start with five mins per day both directions and build up gradually. Disclaimer- my own opinions, not a professional.
