I got my smart hoop a couple of weeks ago and I felt very discouraged the first day. I couldn't do more than 10 spins and it felt like a failure since I thought it was supposed to be easier than the standard hula hoop 😅 luckily I found this channel the next day, I recommend the video "pro teaches beginner how to use a smart hoop".
