Is a fact that two men with the same muscular mass are gonna look different if one is white and the other one is black, the muscles of the dark skinned man will look more defined and more round for the simple fact that dark skin interacts better with light for this specific purpose of judging the physique of someone, so yeah is not a bodybuilding fallacy, is an universal fact and it will be this way until the day our eyes stop using light to see things.

He’s using his dominate hand. If you don’t train yourself with your non dominant hand then you’ll have a sloppy left hand vs your right. I wouldn’t use my left hand to poor salt or any seasoning on something because I would more than likely poor way too much. Have some knowledge.

Now, to be fair, make all of them do a "circuit" of each discipline, the 3 big lifts, clean n jerk (no snatch), a strongman circuit, a crossfit wod, squats for reps!

@Christopher White i do calisthenics 2 days a week, there is no way you can build strength at a level of a powerlifter by doing calisthenics. There just isn't any simultaneous pull push due to the legs not undergoing the reverse force of lifting. Eventually you need to do squats, rack pulls, deadlifts and rows to build more on top of weighted calisthenics. The best thing calisthenics has to offer you is building grip without even realising. I noticed last month when I went climbing that I had built immense grip because I've been doing unconventional chinups and pull-ups (gripping without the palm). That's not something you can build by doing anything other then grip training or calisthenics.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I think the initial introductions would have been better split up. For example, the CrossFitter starts referencing the competition and the other competitors before the audience has been introduced. So we have really no context for what he's talking about yet. Contrast that with starting with short introductions, then layering the interviews with additional info once the context has been established. Thanks for a fun video!

Let's see: - Promotes terrible form - Has a huge amount of injuries compared to basically everything else - Most coaches are massively incompetent - Kipping pull-ups. Enough said. - Programs are all over the place - Tries to be good at everything, fails miserably - It's a dumb trend - Have you ever watched the CrossFit Games? - CrossFitters never seem to shut up about it Those are the reasons I can think of right now. There are very good reasons to dislike competitive PE class. Edit: Add 0:05 to the list

They are all different "sports". Powerlifting is a sport that consists of three movements in competitions. The Benchpress, squat and deadlift. Weightlifting consists of two, the snatch and clean and jerk. Those two sports are strength sports. Bodybuilding is when people compete in physiques and how they look. They lift to look good but they don't lift to be strong. And CrossFit is for losers.
