It's become a huge part of my routine to listen to your guys' videos while I train. Back in the day I trained under Carl Miller he was friends with Abadjiev and Hans Selye and involved with the US Olympic Weightlifting Team, he always had old training videos playing while I trained and it stuck with me because at the time there really weren't any other weightlifters to train with during my slotted training blocks.

Jokes aside I absolutely love these old school training vids, they seem to be the best pre-training motivation.
