I had crocodile when I was a teenager! Go to Ilocos Norte in Northern Luzon and try Field crickets or ararawan. We also eat fire ants but you had that already in Myanmar! They also eat fermented shells (birabid).

There are a lot of different ways to cook sisig, lechon, dinuguan and more. It all depends on the region and specially the cook. I've watched the video on when you tried dinuguan. That one still has soup, Please try the dried dinuguan version and I hope you find the right chef for that one. There are so many unheard Filipino dish and I hope that you may be able to encounter them. MORE POWER MAN! A PEACE!
