The idea that cheeseburgers are bad for you is absurd. Fast food with their weird chemicals and bad ingredients is what is unhealthy. Cheese-good Beef-good Onion-good Lettuce-good Bread as bun- not great I essentially make a bunless burger every day, and I have sub 10% body fat, exercise every day, and use the bunless burgers to build muscle.
