The BRRRR is dmr. you can decod it with dsd+ with a sound card connected to your computer or you can connect your walkie talkie to a computer's microphone port via aux and decode it

The first and third clips are both DMR or Digital Mobile Radio, a lot of people are switching to it because of its digital sound and better audio quality. You can also fit two calls into one frequency. The difference between the first & last one is the first one is a normal DMR repeater transmitting data. The third clip is also doing the same but uses a lot more radios and channels meaning that it’s likely a business of some sort.
