I do not understand the California police. At the first of the video the suspect was almost stopped, four PD cars behind him, and they did nothing. In Texas they would surround his car and have him trapped. I know they are being careful but Texas does not loose anymore officers than California.

If you're from the LA district here you all should not only be embarrassed by your cops who must be paid OT and dropped from salary to pay by the hour with these ridiculous slow chases. And the others which are dragged out for no reason. I've seen some where the "offending" car was *sitting at the stop lights* with about *ten* or more cops behind them. CHP isn't much better. It's no wonder the crime rate is high with twelve cars lining up like the *Keystone Kops* for these horrible hazardous "chases". There wouldn't even *be* other damage if they'd stopped them when slow or stopped. I've got to give this guy credit though. He did a great cat and mouse at least three times.
