Just received my black version here in Canada from House of Knives. Correction: The final version of the Black Titanium has black screws and pivot. Very cool as they disappear into the scale. Took it apart to lubricate. Simple and elegantly made. Great small knife. Love it.

Looks like nice flat head screws to mount the clip. Lazy not to mill a pocket so the clip mounting is flush with the scale though. Lazy.
