Minus 9000 for the knife holder, it should have been like a long Converse shoe, wrapping it an inch longer. It’s like Achilles Tendon part of the knife for example. Everyone always rushes finishing the last part, the cover of the knife other than that the knife is out questionably magnificent, created by your great imagination, May you be a very healthy person.

Now that handle work was extremely creative and turned out great, the tritium glow sticks in my personal experience were underwhelming (they were pretty dim when I ordered a pendant with one for my wife). Still a fantastic blade and beautiful almost alien handle, great work!

Tritium isn't really outwardly bright.. The ends are where most of the brightness is concentrated.. It's mostly used in gun sights... Which you don't want overly bright..

I would be lying if I said this isn't one of the coolest knives I've ever seen! The green and black honeycomb epoxy scales came out beautifully. And the kryptek typhon sheathe came out great as well :)

Love that you’re using a filing jig. Was my first knife making tool I made. Still going back and forth from the jig to a 1x30 harbor freight belt sander with some 36 grit ceramics. One day hopefully I’ll get a 2x72 lol.

Robert Ervin Hey man I didn't have enough money to buy a 2 x 72" belt a grinder so I picked up some junk steel scrap yard a little wire feed 90 amp harbor freight welder the only thing that I bought was the tracking wheel.

this is 9 months later lmao but i got a 2x42 and honestly the difference is AMAZING and it's much cheaper than a 72. i think mine was $200 and with some modifications competes with some friends 72

that honeycomb aluminum + acrylic is a cool handle, I have made 2 with that method, but I really like what you did just randomly placing into the acrylic!

This is the best made knife I have ever seen in my entire life. I've been collecting knives for about 40 years and it is the nicest knife I have ever seen with the most detail of any knife just all-around good looking knife. Your attention to detail is amazing. i'm 52 and have loved knives ever since my grandfather gave me one whenever I was five. I've watched tons of videos studied in high school on my own, read books this all before KZbin! And this by far and I'm talking by far is the finest looking knife I have ever seen! Way to go! And the fact that you did it with files all hand crafted. Wow wow wow every handcrafted knife is a work of art but this takes it to the next level, do you do this as a profession or on the side? Because I would be curious as to what your career is
