bro please can you tell me is TESTAC mandatory? I'm planning to study in Studienkolleg Paderborn and I don't have any centers in SAUDI ARABIA where I live.

I have heard it's mandatory for Indian students atleast. Best thing you can do right now is - try calling Uni-Assist or any of the universities which you are applying for. Also, drop them emails so that they can recommend based on your personal opinions. :)

@@jhanikhil19 I have contacted then they told that they don't know anything about TESTAC but they need APS certificate. When I contacted APS certificate they told TESTAC is not mandatory
