having been tinkering a lot of eldrazi on my own outside of the cornercase scenarios of needing to hardcast once upon a time or your spirit guides I've actually been very happy with secluded courtyards as a pain free way to make colorless and colored mana for your eldrazis

Ive been doing really well with Eldrazi Aggro in modern, wasnt sure if it was worth it to run something similar in legacy... just figured Stiflenaught was just better.. so this is interesting

I feel like the cornerstone of eldrazi aggro is Eye of Ugin + 2-3 mimics on t1

Mimics are just not very good in my experience. 1 Toughness is a bad place to be in legacy thesedays

Hi, I think making it one color (either Red or Green) will be better in my humble opinion as you really want to cast your cards on curve. Also Eye of Ugin cannot produce the precious colorless mana that is required. So you may probably cut that down to two. And if you go the route of red, a lot of Haste Eldrazi may be the way to go. Agree with your good comment about Chalice vs Vexing Bauble.

I've been impressed with the green lists tbh, they also give you Yavimaya to turn on Eye a bit better

I think round 4 showcases why this would be a tough deck to play. There are just so many terrible matchups, and pretty much anything with combo feels close to an auto loss. Seems like maybe a tier 2.5 deck.

I think the one-two punch of Bauble into Thought Knot can win a lot of combo match ups. But there are some trickier match ups for sure. I know a few players have been doing well with Eldrazi though and I think it's a solid deck for the format

8:25 they pitched the sash to solitude (well before that, you missed it), seems like they needed a white card.

Red seems out of place here. I think mono green is the way to go. Max out on eye of ugin and then also pair it with yav cradle to mycospawn turn 2. Seems much smoother. Just my 2¢.

This video didn't really get to show it much, but Linebreaker is genuinely a terrifying monster than gives you a lot of ability to win from nowhere and through blockers.
