I can tolerate umntu ongakwazi umamela abantu in general, but you get friends who don't want to listen to you specifically. Honestly it shows that they think so less of you and they don't care. Every friendship is different, I show up differently to my friends and them to me. I have learnt that transparent communication and authenticity helps. Another thing is understanding seasons and the exact people I need in that season, them the same. But I realised that friends that eventually stay in my life are the ones that persue me. Am more of a listener, sound board and support kinda friend. But it’s hard for me to open up, so a friend that recognise that is definitely for keeps. Deal breaker is a friend with a God syndrome.
