@@ThaMightyWon depends who you talk to. I was born and raised in south central. Made it out of the hood with an advance degree in school psychology. I'm a licensed psychologist and pay is great. Live in the suburbs now. I currently work with the youth who live in LA and I am constantly dropping gems on these kids minds. Some listen, others dont. No need to be a doctor, lawyer, or even a psychologist to be successful. If school is not your thing, maybe a trade is. Plenty of plumbers, electricians, and welders making big bucks working in a union. Find what you love and become the best at it. I never tell kids that their only option is going to college. There are plenty of things people can do to become successful. One thing is for sure, I never forget where I come from.

This is a good video , a lot of history when it comes to LA and the hoods. Those that judge it’s because they don’t know what the back history is. I grew up in upper class suburbs in New Jersey and I’m not here judging anyone simply because they live a certain way or act a certain way, we all grew up differently and this LA sunshine living like a big family in the hood is dope watching it. I always wanted to go to LA and enjoy the sun and different cultures. Everyone reading this comment no matter what color , race or gender you are we are all the same and again if you reading this may your life being nothing but blessings with good health.
