Also did you mean “every other centuries’s 20th year” instead of “every second decades 20th year”? That’s the only thing that could make any possible sense of what you were trying to say..... (Also the year 20 would be the third decade. For example the years 1900-1999 would be the 20th century and the years 2000-2099 is the 21st century. The years 2100-2199 would be the 22nd century 00-09 is the first decade 10-19 is the second decade 20-29 is the third decade. Meaning the year 20 is the start of the 3rd decade, not the 2nd. So the year 2020 is the 21st century in its 3rd decade.
