About the thing at the end, yeah you still feel pain because of all the nerves in your skin, but beneath that, it's mostly just fat until you reach muscle tissue. The fat's main job is to dull impact and keep warmth in, so thicker layers of fat do help to a certain extent. Basically, if you prick a needle into a fat person's belly, they would feel the initial pain of penetration but not really anything further until you reach the abdominal muscles. But, if you smash a fat person in the belly with a hammer, they're gonna feel that about as much as anyone else would. Fun, semi-related fact: people have an instinctual "body-size" in their minds which lets one know how far you can stretch or move your arms or legs without bumping into something, but when people are obese, their actual body doesn't quite match up with what their instincts are telling them as they don't have nerves in their fat. That explains why larger people or women with large breasts, hips and/or buttocks tend to tilt toward being more clumsy.

"starvation mode" is just bro science, you aren't going to turn into a blob of fat with no muscles from fasting. You will lose some muscle but you will also use fat as well. Actual starvation is the point where you have no fat or muscle to pull from, it takes awhile to get to that point too, provided you are drinking water. I believe under medical supervision you could fast for weeks and be completely fine afterwards. The reason you need the medical supervision is because you still need nutrients like a multivitamin and the right amount of potassium and salt in your body even if you eat nothing. Most people don't know how to do that right, so you can mess your body up even worse if you fast without any knowledge of how to do it.

The kittens are unlikely to be healthy and will probably not have very good quality of life. Cat faeces also carries Toxoplasmosis-causing parasites, which can be carried into waterways and picked up on your pet's feet or your shoes. Symptoms of Toxoplasmosis in humans inclue: swollen lymph glands (especially around the neck), muscle aches and pains, headaches, fever, inflammation of the lungs, inflammation of the heart and inflammation of the eyes (prominently the retina). Buuuuuut I doubt Nikocado is this aware/capable of this process of thought

It's been awhile but as far as the Heart Attack Grill goes, they actually showed it on TV once (can't remember which food.network or travel channel show) but to sum up, yes, a couple of the comments got it right that it was some former doctor that opened it up. If I remember correctly it's located in Las Vegas (or at least Nevada) but the main thing I want to answer in the video is that the reasons the nurses spank you is they do it if you don't finish all your food. This place is pretty twisted yet morbidly fascinating. XD
