I'm going through a spell of using the pipe-framed "buildings", covering them with wire, and using a dirt floor for the flock. I like your set-up! Your city is thriving. Freezer Camp is a good term, even if it's inaccurate. I've given away a rooster or two to neighbors, but ... I'm in the process of building a "spare coop" where all my cockerels will be going until I decide what to do with the rest of the birds. I'm trying to keep long term plans in mind - I started raising chickens for a reason. I need to decide if the reason I have them has changed, or if I want to go in a different direction. One thing's for certain. There's never enough space for all the chickens I want to have (at least when they cooperate!). I just need to get building. You have a lovely coop area and a lovely flock. They are obviously well cared for. I'm grateful that YT put you on my page.
