It’s so lovely to spend this time with you each day! I love this time of year for the lengthening hours of daylight. I am a big fan of the emotional support chicken and busy making my third one - made in chunky yarn, they really are very squishy and comforting to hold! 😂❤

Washed throws today and line dried they smell and feel so nice. Love to hang washing out 😂 Mini eggs arrived in my online shop today ready for bun making with the grandchildren after school I ate them while putting the shopping away 🫢 Had to use sprinkles, bad grandma 😂

Hi Jeanette, when I saw the thread catcher inside the basket, I thought it would be great for crochet. Your project inside the basket and hooks, scissors etc in the catcher/caddy 😊 x

Is your WYS yarn the Wood Pigeon? I love that one!! I love that contrasting yarn for it too!! Karen gave you some real cute fabrics. Can't wait to see the bags you make with them. Love your chair side basket and thread bin. 😍 I'm knitting some WYS Goldfinch socks with the Heel Toe Do-Si-Do pattern. They're turning out so fun. I love winter too Debbie, not so much since the cost of heating went sky high, halloween and Christmas are my favourite holidays. I like the WYS sock yarn as I only every knit vanilla socks.

Jeanette, I am really enjoying having a bit of each day in March with you!! I love your knitter's chairside bag and your bag for thread scraps! The fabric is absolutely delightful!! I, like you, enjoy days like this! The days where you can feel the warmth on your face and hear the Spring birds singing to each other. I LOVE hanging my clothes outside and smelling the fresh air in them when I bring them inside!! It seems not many hang their clothes outside anymore. Most take the quick route and throw them in the dryer. Oh how I wish I were there in the craft room with you today! I would love to see how you are using those little scraps of material to make something! Sometimes I think it is nice just to have someone to craft with!!! Xxxxx Alanna

Another lovely chat Jeanette, thank you. I actually cast on an Emotional Support chicken today and also have a Persian Tiles yarn pack (but in a different colourway) ready to make one day. You have inspired me to do lot of different crafting all at once instead of just crochet and I now have knitting, crochet and embroidery projects all on the go.
