Moin Dave! You have us introduce a beautiful layout. You know I like modern stations. In the beginning you search a German word, I think it was "Schnellfahrstrecke". Maybe I can may Benny some hints. He should set more little people (Preiser). And also he try to make the buildings older (weathering). But I know some guys don't like it to weathering. Especially my wife. I can imagine Benny got more atmosphere on the layout. My last hint is the platform needs more "Ausschmückung" (embellish). Examples plate, security plates/ hints, ticket and snack automats, bins and similar stuffs. My suggestion are on very high level and I hope you are not disappointed about me. Hi Emma you hit the nail on the head "Schnellfahrstrecke" was the word I was looking for! Ben is a really cool guy, as when I questioned some of the reason he did certain things. The layout is based from real photographs. If you google Stafford station you will see it is a true representation my friend. He is a big fan of weathering though he is new at this and is in the process of buying a suitable airbrush to do this with. The other word I could not remember was Mercedes dealership - Mercedes-Händler lol I went brain dead my friend. Glad to hear from you my friend, it's been a while are you still working in the UK? There are two other videos which will go live later today and tomorrow morning though they are slightly shorter. When will you be making another video? I didn't know that Stafford Station is real example. Then it makes not sense to much weathering. I have planned to come to Hartlepool next month. At the moment I'm working on my new update Video. In this video you will see a lot of high speed trains. I wish you and Ben also a good week and I'm waiting for your next videos. Emma P.S. I think Mercedes Dealer understand all German. We using Dealer as synonymous for Händler too.
