I love how DD is such a gentle giant, even when a new cat appears in his territory. He's just so chill and calm, like he's thinking: "Claire will still give me bread. No worries.". He always knows what his priority should be.

That's probably at least in part due to him being a "puppy cat" - a cat whose behavior is much more dog-like than typically cat-like.

Claires custody is actually very good for cats because they get the best of both worlds: being petted by a human and also living with a large number of cats as they normally would
