I love your channel... There is almost no understanding about sensitivity and trying to explain it... Even to loved ones... Seems to make them look at you as if you are unable to cope with life and/or bipolar... Very frustrating...

It can be very isolating. Finding communities of HSP’s can certainly help in the journey of learning to embrace our sensitivity and stop feeling less ashamed about it with others ✨
