Cheers all! I think it would be great to see you all respond to a prompt - like a new outfit for spring, best pyjamas ever, a pic on Pinterest or from a designer show that you could each do a variation on, or one pattern that each of you makes up in your own way, like Pattern Pals. Also getting out and about together- visiting fabric shops or manufacturers. I like the idea of the lives. Maybe those could have a simple theme or question, to prompt a good discussion without being too prescriptive. For example, people who have inspired you in sewing, or what sewing means for you, or has what you wear or how you see yourself changed since you started to sew... But I am sure that whatever you do will be fabulous. And fun. xx

I am very excited to watch the three of you together. I am very much an introvert and am so content to hunker down in my sewing room and just create. My very good from from the age of 12, (we are now 64), has just gotten back into sewing after being away from it for close to 30 years. It's fun to talk fabric and patterns with her and encourage her in her sewing journey. Her mom was an amazing seamstress and was a big help to both of us when we were young teenagers making our own clothes. I am hoping to join in on Saturday if I can figure out what time to log on. I really like the idea of the 3 of you choosing the same pattern and having your viewers join in. It always amazing how one pattern can look so different depending on fabric choice. I loved that each of you were touching the fabrics as you talked about what you were wearing. I just love going to my local fabric store and touching the fabrics and imagining what I could make from them. Good luck with your new venture.

I think you should do a series of how to. Inserting different kinds of zips and how to sew tuck and pleats. How to attach shirt collars etc. A whole set of mini tutorials on A to z techniques used in making different garments.

I really like the idea of selecting a pattern company and then you each selecting different patterns to make up. That way it would give an overview of multiple patterns and reviews for how well written the instructions are; plus gives you each the opportunity to sew something that suits your style. As well as sewing content, I would like to see you doing things together like challenges, they can be sewing related but don’t have to be, it could be one of you doing a personal challenge and bringing the other two along for the ride and the support. I would like to see you go to a cocktail making class for example or chocolate making or even jewellery making would be interesting / entertaining. You could even visit some independent/small businesses and interview them (patterns/sewing/jewellery/haberdashery related). Good luck with it ladies, I can’t wait to see what you come up with 😊
