I bought one of these in 2013 and as this guy says you can weld or cut any metal without gas or expensive special welding rods, just water. Welding cast iron is so easy using just plain mild steel rods. It does take some practice and getting use to as it's not the same as a stick or Mig welder.....you could compare it to a Tig welder on steroids with Oxy/Acc characteristics but with an 8,000 deg C heat source. Now try welding copper....that is so easy. BTW, I would advise a darkened grinding face shield as you do get some sparks and the brightness from the weld pool is quite high so a dark shield is advisable, even sun glasses are OK as there is no UV rays or arc flash like a stick or Mig welder to worry about. You can weld inside the garage as there is no toxic fumes apart from any grease or dirt smoke that might be on the parts you are welding. You can weld steel that has a thick coating of rust or paint without prior cleaning it as the flame from the torch just burns it off and it blows away. I forgot to mention, if you want to do some hard surfacing all you need is a spring.....heating it up and straightening it out gives you a high carbon welding rod that you can apply to all your garden or earthmoving tools and they'll last forever.

Do these welded joints corrode really fast afterwards because of the lack of flux? I wonder 🤔

What flux does he uses for blazing aluminium ? does he weld it in mode 2 ? is this a ordinary rod of aluminium or a special rod ? unclear

Hi....you can weld aluminium with mode 2 and ANY welding filler rod....even a cut strip, but you must be quick or you will burn a hole through the metal as the heat spreads with aluminium very quickly. Use some powdered flux to dip the rod in and you won't have a problem.

How much? I take that back not to sure on this. Thanks for the video anyways.

My plasma cutter cuts any metal and uses air. It can also weld too and still uses air and no filler rods.

The Multiplaz does not use air, just water to make the plasma.

I weld myself and this is amazing I've never seen something like this! I really got to get one!!! Is it possible for this to be shipped to America?

I'm a welder by trade, this is nothing new. The only cool thing about this is the size.
