Burn through occurs when??? A. Large root face B. High arc voltage C. Large root gap D. None of the above

@@ashishvishwakarma468 I am outside thats why late reply .. anyway .. see if arc voltage high it could be occur burn through we cant tell sure .. but if root gap is large definitely we can tell burn through could be occur as they are not maintaining the gap as per approved WPS . And in the other hand we can say if root gap is same as per WPS , but current is much more than the requirement sure there will be burn through . and for high arc voltage it will be occur lengthens the arc so that weld bead width, reinforcement and flux consumption are increased as is the risk of arc blow.
