My sister used to live in Wichita I remember driving past this guy place back in the 90s. The property was nicer back then. I always thought this guy had the coolest place to sit outside. I loved his benches and the idea of watching traffic go by. I’m sorry to hear he has passed on. Thank you for making his home look good again.

This is exactly my thoughts. It's a shame there are still homeless people with all these properties empty and going to ruin. I don't know what the property market is like in this town but where I'm from these would be gold mines. We have such a housing shortage people are paying premium prices for dumps. I had to pay 10% over asking to buy my property.

I think it’s wonderful what you do to help people and helping the neighborhood is nice too. Helping these investment opportunist that gobble up houses at auctions and let them sit, that are causing the housing shortage, might not be a good idea. Let them pay fines and maybe they’ll let the house go to someone that will live in it and be a neighbor.

Go to the gear setting in the upper right hand corner, after tapping the screen, then tap on the gear cartoon, Then you should see a variety of different speeds show up, for you I would think a fractional speed like maybe .75-.50 would be slow enough for you. If you have any other issues please try to reach out to the YOU TUBE response service or whatever they have to assist people.

I get offers to buy my house from people in other states. When you said someone in Las Vegas bought it for an Airbnb, it showed that they had little to no interest in doing so! They were in it for the tax write offs!! Pretty much all the “ offers “ I get are from a company in one state, with an address in another, but the postmark is from yet another state!! Red flags all the way around. I feel sorry for adjacent properties that are hurt by the lack of consideration to maintain the property these people buy!!

Wow, that was a big job. Kudos to another fantastic job. I hate those big Spruce trees that were growing over the sidewalk. Growing up, my Mom rented a house with 1 on each side of the walkway to the front door & they always seemed to have bees & wasp in them.
