After dealing with my own health issues, I've been away from youtube, but I am SO glad I'm back and watching your channel! I don't know how you do it with the stress of everything (sending prayers to everyone there that the fires stay subsided and for all facing loss of any sort). It's just really refreshing to see honesty from someone about the journey - it helps so much! (:

Really loved this! Very helpful! Hope you will do more videos like this, it would be a nice addition to your video rotation! I like the layout of this wellness planner and that it includes self-care. Diane in Denmark on her videos for Friday is providing four self-care missions/assignments that you can choose from, so I like the idea of writing down the self-care activity.

I've been tracking my symptoms here too... migraines have become a problem as I age... they are calling it a symptom of perimenopause for me. Le sigh.

I loved this video, please do more! Do you look at any of the other sleep data your watch provides? I tend to get enough hours of sleep, but less than 10% deep sleep and wake often.

Honestly, just made it up! But fry the sage in some butter and let them sit in a paper towel. 16 oz of mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil and spices. 16 oz of pasta (I used tortellini). Mix it all together with some parm and you’re good to go!

I might be? A friend mentioned to me today about replacing my electrolytes while drinking so much water. I’ve totally been neglecting that so I’m going to try it first.

@@tattooedteacherplans that’s a good point. Maybe a little extra salt - although that makes you retain water and you need to flush it out, so maybe not. A lot of pharmacies have a mold yourself night guard for pretty cheap if you want to try that. The headaches I get from it usually wrap around the back of my head.

For vegetables buy frozen. I wonder are you eating enough protein? Would that play in your still being hungry? By the way veges are my weakness too. I tend to not eat enough of those either.

I definitely need to incorporate some more veggies. But it’s tricky with the protein because I need to limit my animal protein intake for my kidneys. I need to research more plant based or other kinds of proteins to start adding in more.

Please compost those vitamin packets. They do not biodegrade in a landfill and most commercial facilities (read: the people who pick up your "green bin" if you have yard waste pickup) do not provide the right conditions for anything other than straight-up organics--products like biodegradable corn plastic and these packets will just get picked out and go into the garbage.
