This demo does not include butter, nor popcorn. The ‘butter’ in this nutritious snack is a three-to-one ratio of cold pressed flaxseed oil (an omega-3 powerhouse) to nutritional yeast, made golden with a bit of turmeric, and authentic with a bit of salt. A dash of hot sauce can spice it up, and a whimsical addition of a dash of cinnamon makes it especially interesting.
It’s fun to dip the cauliflower in what looks like butter, or to pour it over and eat it with a fork. It stores well in the refrigerator and it’s delicious added as the cold side dish or snack.
