It differs from person to person, a true Trainer, will read, upskill and upgrade the Trainee.. We can't follow same format that everybody does, we have to be real with upgraded knowledge of industry standards.. look tbh nowadays people have made this big agenda. what exactly do you understand by communication skills? Is it all about speaking only English? Absolutely not. All that matters is that are you able to express your thoughts? Are you able to explain your point? Where is our nation heading too? I feel like we're too dependent on others. Every country has its own language. If we have learned 50-60% of that I think that is enough why we always have to sacrifice. Why people in other country don't try to learn our language it'll be good to communicate with each other.
