I'm glad that you enjoyed it! It took me awhile to dig it out and transfer. So I was a bit disappointed when I shared it to Wendy's Facebook page (I interviewed her myself in more recent years) and she removed herself from the post. She seems to have a complex relationship with the early years of her recording career. Oh well, the time and efforts of longtime fans doesn't always mean that much to artists once they've reached a certain career level.

@@retrorhythms ooh that is surprising. I remember your interview well. That was when I was first getting started on KZbin. I remember listening to it while I was doing chores. Well I'm glad we have it up here on youtube. I miss video soul so much. I also miss that show they used to have called soft notes which was a half hour show that showcased more on the ballad side.

@@Farr50 Yes, Softnotes was really cool! It wasn't on as much when I was home or by the time I started watching a lot...it kind of was fazed out, as I remember, and replaced gradually with The Heart and Soul of R&B and several other programs.

@@retrorhythms I completely remember that heart and soul of r&b! That was where I first ever heard of Tim Miner and that gorgeous song called "heart". You've probably heard of it, but if not, give it a shot. I think you will love it
