Love how you touched on individualization. No one talks about this as much.

Youve taken your lectures and information output to the next level in the past year or so (although always been solid and highly valuable) since getting your doctorate. Anyone who wants to take the next step and get more specific step by step instruction regarding the info being presented and cannot/rather not put the pieces together on their own, investing into your patreon/manuals/coaching would be absolutely most wise. No one else in the industry comes close honestly. Other than josh bryant.

Good point Matt, because newbies will have the greatest progression in training vice more advanced lifters. Think it is very true some coaches do this research on "newbies" to flaunt training techniques as one size fits all via science based training. Trial & error is always a viable option at least for me.

I was just telling my son, if you look at all the greatest bodybuilders…none of them are doing or did science based work. 🤷♂️

There are a few who openly criticize him without fear . I long for the day when all youtubers in this particular field can criticize Dr. Mike without feeling the need to say "i respect him but..." or some other crap first.
