Meth is good for preworkout. You really have to focus though so you dont make a scene, forget stuff or wander off.

So excited that I found your channel Matt. I work with primarily general population yet I've been incorporating a simplistic version of this approach with the rotation of handles / bars / grip positions, etc. Looking forward to learning more from one of the top coaches in the game! Thanks for sharing.

Another great video! The Wenning warmup is brutal but I'm loving how I feel in the main lifts.

Great info as usual. Even if you already know that, it's a great reminder since most of us usually fall into the same warmup routine rut.

Great video! How would you program triceps accessory work for a beginner with weak triceps and following a linear progression program ? Which exercise would you use ? What progression ? (General linear programs tend to be 3x per week following an A/B scheme alternating Bench and Overhead Press.)

If things vary to much they loose specificity i dont think they carry over as well as. But if you feel they help why not? But most likely not the best

My odd tricep issue- no problems when benching. None. Even max effort there’s zero discomfort or pain. When doing any lying tricep extensions I get a massive sharp pain across and just behind my elbow. Sometimes when I do a lot of warmups, the pain will cease, but sometimes not. Pushdowns- no problem. Kick backs- all good. JM press- pain. Rolling DB presses from the floor- PAIN! Signed, Kinda Confused

Help me understand. 300 rep warmup and I would be spent. I do 300 rep workouts and thought I was doing good. I do high volume one week, and heavy low reps the next. I don't think I could do both.
