I'm an INFJ woman and my question to you is, do you think infj's can be happy with and compatible with alpha males? I speak for myself and maybe other infj's when i say this and it's that it's hard for me to relinquish control and let anyone else make decisions in my household but I'm also attracted to alpha male's that could possibly take the traditional role and be come the provider.
@paretoshsaklani86904 жыл бұрын
@@sarasalah3985 see I am an infjt type and for me I know that I am mature when it comes to relationship yes I am controlling but at the same time I am also very flexible and agreeable to others so for me the thing that would work out would be with someone comfortable with whom I am eased out you know I have tried alpha woman but again with them I did not find that comfort I am looking for. I tried to behave alpha but then I realised it was easy but it was not what I was naturally. So now my first priority in my partner would be that she makes me feel like home so that I can share everything with her cos being vulnerable is my biggest fear and someone taking advantage is another one. So I hope this might help you in some sort. Bdw this aplha and all is just bullshit everybody has his alpha ie masculine as well is beta is feminine side it's just that the real alpha males are the crimanls only other than that it's impossible to be alpha for eg Pablo Escobar was real alpha male.

i know the feeling. For me, alphas have the constant and irritating need to demonstrate their alphaness, to have it acknowledged, or else their tender feelings get hurt. It’s pathetic, and holds them back. sigmas, i think, aren’t even trying to BE a “lone wolf”, or actively be “outside”. we just don’t give a shit about protecting the alphas insecurities, and the most efficient way to get the most work done in life is to ignore them and that social structure. other can come if they want, or go play to the alphas feelings. if that’s a lone wolf… okay🤷🏼 Woooooooooooooooo!

Your first video about INFJs being alphas resonated with me, so I deep dived on the topic. Extroverts = alphas (more concerned about public image) Introverts = sigma (self sustaining). I feel I can be a force to be reckon with but I really enjoy my alone time, and rarely ask for help from others, I rather learn and do it myself. Sigma is like 007 James Bond, who is an introvert (alpha)... mysterious, confident, skilled in survival, refined, and when push comes to shove, he's a one man wrecking ball.. oh, and to get what he wants, he uses his wits and charm, rarely loses his cool, he gets the best girls and after their encounter with him, they change their character to good...that sigma alpha is what I gravitated towards after relating to an alpha by your first video. It's like I'm an army of one, special forces when it comes to decoding human psychology in real time, doing good in the world, and a natural disdain towards bullies. I prefer the company of nature over most people.

I haven't seen an INFJ as intelligent as Alpha , Sigma's are super smart in real life, if you're lucky try to talk to them they are more like INTJ smart as hell while INFJ are so judgemental and so much on feeling sometimes not even thinking.
@dually814 жыл бұрын
@@vidalskyociosen3326 I can agree with on this, INTJ is Sigma, while INFJ is Alpha. However, I believe the INTJ actually falls short in comparison to the INFJ due to the feeling & judgement possessed by the INFJ. The feeling & judgement is an advantage in my biased INFJ opinion...LoL In my experience INTJ is "smart as hell", but has a very cold heart...lacking in empathy as well. I understand what you are saying completely because for all of my high school life, I tried to hide or blend in with the crowd and I saw my "weirdness" or "uniqueness" as a disadvantage AND I thought that there was someone better than me and I was the lowest of them all. BUT, through many ups and downs of fighting for myself, against myself (fears and old habits), against how others treated me, and how I treated myself, I saw the biggest realisation. *drum rolls* Everyone has their own part to play in the way the world works, and I was given this gifted mind, eagle eyes and observation skills because I can bring all those improvements that seem so scary to face to light. I saw Wenzes videos about accepting that not everyone will like me and at first it was really hard to accept. But when I realised that my 2 values were Authenticity and Future generations, I had no room to feel judged by others. I had to do what was right, even if it meant it scared me. Lean into that discomfort, and grow with it. I let it control me before, but now I WORK WITH IT. We are not different, we are not better than each other, we are equals. And we need to see this about ourselves and how we fit into this world. I had many problems about where did I fit in....where I fit in...where's my home? Is where is my heart. Its where I can be myself, and so everyday I carry my home with me. Its a hard journey to find yourself, you'll cry, you'll get angry and get irritated, but if YOU STICK WITH YOUR VALUES, then the world is a less scary place because you made your place in the world. And slowly, you'll see that you made your own place in the world. Good luck to all of you searching for your souls out there, look inside and out. But build inside out and watch the world react to it. You and I will be different people because of that, whether you want to lead or simply feel more confident with yourself.

@Malovane772 жыл бұрын
INFJ's have been tested, and use their right and left brains about equally. One cannot go through life on Ni-Fe alone, because you would otherwise be a people pleasing shell. We tend to use Ni-Ti to navigate many if not most of the problems in every day life. This is a very different function from the Ni-Te of the INTJ, who organize their thoughts externally, bouncing often crazy ideas off people. Ni-Ti usually has a characteristic deadpan delivery, often given as a proclamation.
@yaataabii2 жыл бұрын
I've had the exact same experience. I took the test years ago and came out an INTJ, but something about it didn't "click" and I lost interest. Recently I took it again and came out an INFJ. It definitely resonates a lot more, in fact nothing else has managed to satisfactorily explain to me the endless "why"s I've asked about myself my whole life.

Just finished watching and I agree very much with everything you just said, Wenzes. Thinking on it, I learned about this alpha thing before I even tested as an INFJ (and even now I'm not completely sure on that, but everything I have been learning about INFJs resonates with me and has been helping me deal with my inner demons, so that's fine, right?). I never even knew that there was such a thing as a sigma. But as young as age 15 I already had something that I really wanted to do with my life, a vision, so to speak, and the most fulfilling time of my life was when I was leading my friends toward the fulfillment of this vision - though, sad to say, we failed at doing that because we were all young and inexperienced and had no guidance from anyone. Anyway, the thing I learned from all the failures and disappointments and heartbreaks is that the reason why many of us might think we are not meant to be the alpha is because we all have our visions (from our Ni hero) and we DO want to make those visions reality, but we are our own worst enemies. Instead of looking inwards to see how the broken pieces of ourselves fit (again, Ni hero), we keep looking outward and see signs of impending doom everywhere (Ne nemesis). We have so much capacity for processing information (Ti child), but we keep relying on others to validate our intellect (Te trickster). And personally, I got lost in the Hell of memories of my past (Si demon) when I should have been living in the moment, making the best of each day as if it were my last, even though I may not be good at it (Se inferior). We also keep listening to that voice inside us that tells us we're no good, that we're not deserving of any good because we haven't done enough to earn the people around us and the good they do for us (Fi critic). When we ARE supposed to build honest and deep relationships with others and be all the good we could be for them (Fe parent). Because the truth is that our negative experiences are also everyone else's negative experiences. Our trauma is also everyone else's trauma. Yet we are actually the ones with the strength to stand despite all of that (because, again, Ni hero); to make sense of the tragedies and suffering we've endured, and so to help the ones we love make sense of theirs. I've never been more lost when I couldn't do that. But the hard part is that we INFJs need to be strong in ourselves first; this means making ourselves capable. Sometimes being alpha does mean winning the way everyone else expects us to, even though we may not employ the same means they do in order to win. Why is this? Because we can't just share our visions and expect people to follow. Because deep down it doesn't sit well with us to give orders that we ourselves cannot obey. Because we are meant to lead by example, not just to tell others of our visions but to be the very embodiment of our visions - living proof. A year ago I was curled up in a ball, lost in constant fits of depression because gaming addiction and other influences around me kept eating away at the resolve and time I needed to fulfill my vision. Ironic that it's during the pandemic where I've never been more motivated and more focused on succeeding. I'm writing and working out almost every day, helping with the chores (got stuck with my parents while visiting them on vacation), and constantly using KZbin to expand my knowledge in writing as well as counseling. I also got in a long-distance relationship, and this is how I know the Fi critic thing is real (I constantly feel like I don't deserve her, even after I've done something that makes her very happy). But I look at her smile through the video feed and my Fe parent tells me that it is real. I've had my share of bad experiences. I was born and raised in a 3rd world country. We were actually poor and my parents struggled a lot to get us out of poverty; my dad got in an accident and suffered 3rd-degree burns to his hands, arms, and face when I was 8. I myself went through a lot of bullying all the way up to high school. I was a very angry kid, and that anger - along with other issues - led to me making a lot of bad decisions and missing out on a lot of opportunities. Not that I have never tried before, but it's only now that I feel I'm actually succeeding at picking up the broken pieces of my life and making sense of it. That's what we do, INFJs, and that's what I'm sharing here. TL;DR: Everyone needs help getting out of the same Hell we've been through, and that's why we were born visionaries and alphas. Thank you, Wenzes.

I always used to look up too people who were "alpha," or rather beta. They seemed so fearless and out there with others. But more and more I respect the unique way I see the world and interact with it. It isn't easy, especially when your relationships are built around you being the meek one, to start being yourself because it will throw a wrench in the relationships. Now for the first time they see the real you. But the sooner you rip off that bandage the sooner you can have start living your true life with people that love you being you. Great insight. Having a mindset that focuses on what success means to me, rather than what I am told it looks like has been a journey with many twists and turns along the way. Being the 'Alpha' was almost natural. The first milestone in finding myself. It is useful, especially when you know how well you can lead, inspire and motivate others through connection and vision. The trouble I found with being the Alpha is I didn't like the limelight. Preferred to be in the background. Felt morne comfortable not having the responsibility. It just wasn't for me. The next step was being the Beta/Executor. This was tough as it usually meant trusting the vision and ideas of others. Naturally, I would question motives, see potential and real roadblocks where the assumed Alpha either did not or would not. Also, execution was usually me organising the tools/strengths of others to achieve the intended outcome. Strangely found being the Beta less desirable than being the Alpha. Sigma is where I feel the most comfortable and allows me to be myself, be true to who I am and fits well with my need to withdraw, contemplate, reflect and observe without the restraints of group responsibility or the blind spots that come with carrying out a vision or directive of another. I like to follow my own path, explore my own interests, create my own story that allows me to use my refined skills only when I choose to rather than because it's expected or able to. There is an immense satisfaction and underlying strength in knowing I can, and choosing not to. Or facilitating the desired outcome through others, building the motivation/desire to be Alphas and Betas themselves. And all the while this lone Sigma kicks back and enjoys the ride, every now and then jumping in when necessary and yet retaining the freedom that I enjoy.

Well put. I'm learning a lot from your channel. Personally, I reserve my judgement most of the time; because there ARE so many perspectives. For instance, I spent an obsessional amount of time, is that even a word? - viewing and listening to these Pick a Card Tarot Readings. I didn't care if other people thought it was nuts. I didn't care if I was 1 out of maybe 10 males in a whole sea of females; when I felt called to say something, I did. If I wanted to bare my soul, I did. If I didn't agree with something I said it. If I didn't feel like commenting for months at a time, I wouldn't. Yes, I resonate strongly with the Sigma personality type; and I don't know, yet, enough about the INFJ to say the same thing; but I won't be hemmed in by a bunch of opinions. And there are so many. Sigma has taken off. It's the newest thing since sliced bread, as they say. And after probably watching HUNDREDS of videos on the Sigma; I've come to a conclusion... there's a lot of confusion going on. People WANT to be Sigma; because it seems the new, cool thing. I AM at least partly Sigma; because I truly go my own way. I see the utility of adopting the Sigma mindset, I love researching everything under the sun, I'm romantic by nature; and I love trying on different personalities, because I'm both the director and the star actor of my own life. But I don't resonate with EVERYTHING said about the Sigma. In time I might; or I might not; but I still find it useful to watch everything about the Sigma; because it is so progressive and inspires me to keep pushing through adversity to reach for my dreams. I practice Telekinesis; you might say that this is my main claim to fame; but I'm not the person who would normally volunteer or work hard to lead others. That's because I respect that everyone is living their own life from their own perspective. I lead now; or seek to be a leader; because I see how the actions of others will eventually, en-mass, is that a word? - affect me and those I love. It is BECAUSE I see the great connectivity of things and I see that the so-called leaders in our society haven't stepped up to the plate, that peoples' individual NON-CRITICAL THINKING DECISIONS as a collective have us headed possibly even toward extinction; and that scares me. I'm pretty courageous; but I can't just stand by and watch the world go to hell. I'm aware that this is my opinion; but I feel I have a strong connection to Deity. And it's urging me to step up. Now's the time. Now that I've matured, handled my ish, as they say. I've got the tea. I'm in the know. And I'm creative and resilient enough to weather the storms of life; and there is a lot of value in that. Yes, I want people to find their own way; but many aren't even looking. Many don't know HOW to go within. I want to mentor people in how to do that. Once they can do that... they won't need me. They'll become aligned to a greater design that will benefit us all. So, for the moment, I'm acting like an Alpha from a position of a Sigma, who feels and thinks much like an INFJ and an INTJ and an INFP, and an ENFP. It's so confusing to label me one way or the other. I'm fluid. Divine timing and my own upbringing and how I've chosen to shape myself over the decades will determine largely what, if any, impact I have on this world. Peace DM.

That being said, so much of what's said about the Infj relates to me. The incessant planning, the communication. Having someone plop down next to you and after a few minutes they're telling you their life's story. So, I'm really conflicted here.

I speak for myself and maybe other infj's when i say this and it's that it's hard for me to relinquish control and let anyone else make decisions in my household but I'm also attracted to alpha male's that could possibly take the traditional role and be come the provider.
@vidalskyociosen33264 жыл бұрын
Mostly Alpha's/Sigmas are INTJ type due to their intellect and assertiveness hence " The Mastermind/Architect " Personality. So , Yea INFJ and INTJ can be bonded it's possible but rare.

Yeah what you're saying is true.i think infj is 'just' like other types of personality, having difficulties but still the same that it just need to be handled wisely. To be a winner in life means one must be able to understand how this world works n then knowing themselves better (conquering the weakness n improve a lot the strength).i think mindset is useful for any type of personality

This is a unique approach to the subject of the "Alpha" type. I have some alpha qualities or I wouldn't have stayed in teaching for long. However, I've done some beta jobs well. By myself though, I'm definitely sygma. I'm kicking around the idea that when I gave private piano lessons, it was both. Maybe the lines aren't as sharply drawn as we've thought.

It can be less lonely. I'm an introvert, but that doesn't mean i'm not loud. It doesn't mean i don't have a lot of friends, but it means that i see being alone as rest, not a thing that beats me up to death. You can be talkative, communicative leader, but still be an introvert

I used to feel alone, but I got comfortable with my own company. On a sigma KZbin video, the narrator said, "The Alpha make the rules, the betas follow the rules, but the Sigmas say (ef) the rules." I resonate with that sentiment more than what you said on this video. I like you, don't get me wrong, and I hear what you're saying, but in this case, I think what you described is the Sigma spirit. We're "Alphas" in our own worlds, and that's definitely SIGMA! :)

Sigmas are exempted, but they don’t care about the hierarchy of society. Sigmas are in tune with themselves and go their way, this does not have to be alone or that they don’t lead, it just means they don’t need that validation from outside, they don’t feel the need to stand in the forefront. I think its all the choice we make and what we value.

Wenzes you're so inspiring. I can relate to the archetype of the wolf. Actually, I would like to recommend to you and to your followers the excellent book by Clarissa Pinkola Estes " Women running with the wolves" -. Based upon the author's research on wolves and how they interact within their communities she writes about how the archetype of the divine feminine -(which exists in every woman -definitely INFJs-), is really important nowadays and why it needs to be acknowledged and honored again. Thank you again for the valuable insights ❤

wish i could apply this. I’m so clearly a Sigma INFJ it’s comical. I was the swim captain and straight A student, even in college. But… i made a mistake. I fell in love with a girl in preschool that insisted on waiting for marriage for sex. But I’m an INFJ, so i loved her anyway, and put a ring on it. I was patient. When she turned up pregnant 4 months from the wedding…. i found myself stranded a virgin. An INFJ virgin. And incapable of of having sex unless i believe the other person cares for me, and ai find them attractive. and let’s face it… there’s no escape from that stigma. And Boy have i got some stories from my attempts. Women nearly trample each other to date me. I’m attractive, kind, wealthy, and tick all the boxes. But when they hear the “V” word….it would be comical if the reaction hadn’t landed me in the ER more than once. or my home vandalized. or been fired from a job because “he makes the office women uncomfortable cuz he’s a virgin. Karen tried to f*** him in the supply room and he just pushed her off. he’s weird”. Hell, even delivered thanksgiving dinner to a family who didn’t have any, because i was alone and wanted to do something for someone. They took the food and had me wait outside in the driving rain cuz the wife didn’t feel “comfortable with a virgin in her house with her kids”. They loved the food… and forgot I was even out there. And of course… let’s not forget… i’ve got the most infamous name in human history (according to a quora poll) it’s one thing to feel isolated, quite another to literally BE isolated. I’m nearly 2 decades older than the average life expectancy for a male virgin BECAUSE my type made me an idealist. I firmly believed there was a female exception who would value me, and be willing to tolerate a sexual learning curve to have someone like me. But I was wrong. Perseverance, Attitude, and effort will get you far in life. But not if you have a metaphorical scarlet letter. And this letter, is by far the most emotionally devestating. Cursed to go through life completely and utterly alone and made a joke of while Living without affection, no love, no intimacy, no conversation, no children, no family, and no friends….. BECAUSE you made the decision at 13 to be a good person. sometimes, you have no decision. you can only accept. In this case, I had only the option of taking and using l the nastiest women nobody else wanted to gain sexual experience, hire women to teach me and through that gain confidence, or rape women. But do you think I could do those things? An INFJ? ha! and so… maybe next time someone won’t walk in and cut me down. Being and INFJ won’t help building the courage to end it though. Maybe I’ll get lucky and walk in on a bank robbery, then i can jump in front of a bullet or somthing.

interesting.....i tested as INFJ decades ago....& i am Not an Alpha...not even close. Fave quote: "..do not follow, i may not lead..just walk beside me & be my friend"...it's on my keychain.. But..i do stand up to Alphas when necessary, they do not scare me or control me. ......in fact..come to think about it..when that happens they seem to be a little afraid of me...because i will not cower to their 'dominant assertions'. After being told recently..for the 5th time, today...that i am also a Sigma...i decided to come out of my cave & take a look around.....ehhh....maybe. i came i saw i said har!......Going back into my cave now...over the years i've made it into a pretty Epic Haven. :)

Also, a dictator can be the Alpha, the Sigma a Robin Hood. Sigmas don't want to rule the world, they want to spread mischief. They don't what the hassles of formalities, and the cheap disingenuous etiquette of polite society and their cheesy corporate grins.They're the Han Solos, the Shanes, the High Plains Drifters of the world, the lone antihero archtypes. I personally, prefer the freedom from Alpha leadership and Beta commitments. If you are saying we are the Alphas of our OWN WORLD, then yes, indeed, I agree with that. But, although some betas might end up following me from time to time, I have absolutely no interest in leading them; and some Alphas may challenge me from time to time, I often just say, "Hey buddy, if you can do a better job, by all means, go for it. I really don't care."
Definetly the wrong assumption of your sigma alpha or beta is the matter of choice and not relate to personality types

Sigmas don't stay alone for long. They end up creating their owe packs or have even took on alphas. Plus there are omega. Their job is the protection of the pack. They will support the alpha till the alpha fails the pack. Betas are also the piece makes. There are time alpha and omega disagree and have a little fight. Betas comes in to smooth things out. Just wanted to put some facts out there.

I have been that weirdo and I decided to not let that define me. Now I am the special one who gets to live an extraordinary life that others wouldn’t dare to take on because it would make them different...I honestly believe that goes for everyone...being weird/different/special can be a burden when let that define you or you go out and make something for yourself and attract the kind of people who like exactly that about you...so yes, I still believe, everyone can a winner in life but it‘s on us to make it happen and not wait for some ‚popular‘ people to like us

Alpha tend to have a vast knowledge as shows in their thinking pattern and Behavior , so it's more like INTJ than INFJ, some INFJ's rely solely on their feelings which could be a downfall if they would become an alpha, INFJ's are more like Delta.

@@vidalskyociosen3326 Complete crap. The reason you get so triggered by this is because you are an INTJ. Alpha is extrovert and Sigma introvert as INFJ. INFJ stands the best balance between Idealism and Reality, focusing practical efficiency. Being visionary seems too high to an alpha, so tight to rules, created and imposed by himself.
