Wera Joker "Adjustable" Self-setting spanner wrench 6004-S. This thing is pretty cool and effective.

The 6004-S Wera Joker is considered an "Adjustable" wrench in a much different way than traditional thumb-spinning worm-screw sliding jaw adjustable wrenches. In fact, this thing is pretty cool and great for repetitive tasks or working in confined space similar to a ratchet. It is similar in the Knipex Plier Wrench but attacks the fastener differently.
Due to the camming mechanism, the wrench as a limited range, something about three millimeters meaning this particular wrench works for bolt heads/nuts from 10mm to 13mm or 1/2" to 7/16".
