Just watched this podcast for the first time...the stats guy was damn good...just put his facts on the table in a very orderly fashion...and then used the facts to make his points. As others have already pointed out, the middle guy just seemed determined to give Essendon no credit. If that's his standard, I doubt I'll be back...I just found him to be annoying.

Bros gotta chill... an outsider might think this guy has some grudge againt essendon for some reason. I suggest watch all the games to judge fairly, which i dont think a lot of footy commentators in general do to fair. Think dons are a bottom 4 side shows the depth of knowledge

As an Essendon supporter I love how we are playing, we are tougher than previous seasons and seem so much more organised behind the ball, and I love watching our pressure. However, somehow I can almost relate to the middle bloke. After 20 years of mediocrity and false dawns I will not trust this team until we win a final. That’s the monkey we have to get off our back for me to believe that we have really changed. We are definitely moving in the right direction, but we have to do it for an entire season.

Just admit you may have been wrong about the Bombers. Can they still stuff it up? Yes of course they can, but when you've got people like David King (someone who admits to not liking them) singing their praises, they must be doing something right.

98% cause we’ve lost 2 games by 30 to sydney which essendon was in till the 4th and the 70pt loss to Port 6 weeks ago. Afl changed a lot in 6 weeks. You’re only as good as your last game

Honestly a team is 2 wins and 2 losses after 4 rounds and you predict them for bottom 4? That's just stupid. After ten rounds north had won zero and richmond 1 but 4 rounds in a team that has won 50% is bottom 4 worthy? What dumb shit is that? lmao @ the flog in the middle asking for a bigger sample size when a 50% win rate after 4 games was enough for him to call Essendon bottom 4, that's enough of a sample size to call you a flog.

Not sure the guy in the middle but what a flog...There would be a very small percentage of Essendon fans out there expecting we will win the Premiership. We have followed our team and know exactly there weaknesses. What myself and probably alot of Bomber fans want is too be competitive, and when we are put under pressure we fight back. I couldn't care less if we don't win another game for the year just as long as we don't get blown way, or give up massive lead and capitulate. It's only the people paid in the media that are hyping Essendon up. Lastly I'm pretty sure Essendon as a club know where we are at and what expectations they have for our list as it's not perfect but alot of players across the board have all stepped up which is all we can ask

Pour bucket of cold water on the bloke in the middle. Getting so intense that he, and the other two (albeit in a far more professional way), have lost the plot. Yes, you can delve into stats but the main reason for the improvement is that after 18 months with Brad Scott the team is finally getting the game plan. Or at least enough of them are. When they are all on the same page look out! Oh, the teams 2nd best player is Ridley and he hasn’t played a game yet. Mackay is great, Redman, Leverde, but Ridley is the general and can play on key forwards or small/mid forwards.

Barry blue shirt had a theory - proven wrong now - and is shitty. Firstly they’re a bottom 4 team - then they’re playing finals and need to win one. Calm down angry…..l’m sure your team will do better at some stage.
